Last week, Cardhound hosted its first Virtual Trade Night via Zoom. This was just a trial run–but we had a lot of fun.
The idea is that we open up a Trade Night Forum on the Collector’s Club Board where members can share wish lists or cards available for sale or trade during the week. Then, a Zoom link is shared for a live meeting on a scheduled day / time.
We billed last week’s session a “trade night” but admittedly, we mostly just chatted vintage. I think maybe one trade was actually consummated. But it was great to be able to put some faces and voices with names of folks I have chatted with on social media over the last few years.

The invites go out via the Cardhound Vintage mailing list and the sessions are only open to Basic (free!) memberships.
