Man, you must be one organized dude. Can you talk us thorough the growth of Boca and how your processes needed to evolve? How long have you been doing group subs and how has your volume grown over the years? HOW do you stay organized?
Hi Matt:
Thanks for your question. We've been doing the group sub for four years now (as of yesterday). It does take organization for sure, but I would say having it all organized the right way from the beginning is key. From there it's just training others how to follow the process.
Overall, the process hasn't changed much since we began: we get cards in, video record them, put them in orders, sub them to SGC, and pick them up when they're ready. When you scale it, the process stays the same but you do need more space.
If anybody is looking to do a group sub, I would recommend having a few tables and a lot of shelf space. This isn't something you do from the kitchen table.
Our first sub in April 2020 had 50 cards. Within a few months we had one that was 500 cards. Just recently we subbed 10,000 cards in a month, and have done 15,000 in a month.
Hope this answered your question!
