Hey Eric, I guess I'm allowed to ask a question! So, what does your actual work area look like? Home office? Piles of stuff everywhere? How many folks pack all of the orders etc.? I've always been curious about what the day to day looks like!
We have one room in our house dedicated to SGC submissions. That room has three tables. The first one is for opening mail and putting together orders. It’s also used for sorting orders after we get them back from SGC, as cards within an order won’t come back in the same sequential order as we gave it to them. We also have a packing/shipping table and a printer/storage table.
On opposite sides of the room are shelves for USPS boxes, packing supplies, card supplies, and cards being held.
Everything stays organized because we would go crazy if it weren’t. My wife and I are the owners, and we have a couple part-time employees. There’s usually at most two people working in the office at any one time but sometimes on the weekend there can be three.
@bocacardsubs yeah if that got even a BIT disorganized it would turn to chaos quickly! You all definitely have it dialed in.
