Good evening!
I'm a typical vintage card lover.  Wasn’t into set collecting until I ditched the buying new packs and boxes of the newer stuff and acquiring only cards I truly wanted. Don’t get me wrong; I still love to open a new pack of cards occasionally. But the new stuff can’t compare to vintage

I'm not sure I specialize in anything in particular. I just like vintage sets and for some of the sets, I really enjoy trying to grab all errors and variations.

Currently working on way too many sets to list here. But my goal for this year was the following:

  • a pre 1900 baseball card
  • finish the 1967 Topps set
  • finish the 1965 Topps Set

I was able to grab a nice 1988 Allen & Ginter already, so I’m happy to cross that one off of my list.  The rest: I’m not too far off, but I ran into an issue.  I caught the vintage OPC bug.  I won’t put any time limits on finishing these as they are a pain to get. But I did finish the 67 OPC set last week as well.

I will be doing an inventory soon, and I have a lot of vintage and doubles available for sale soon. All prices to move.

See you all around.
Eric

Want list:

Cards needed to finish 65/67 Topps.
OPC: 65, 68-76.

Welcome! Funny, the last set I built was 1985 Topps . . . in 1985. So I'm not really a set guy. But I'm currently working on finishing a 1926-27 Cuban winter league set. It's small but tough. That will be one of just 2 sets I still own (the other is a 1945-46 Cuban set : ) I sold al of my near-junk-era sets during COVID and have really been paring down since then. I can see some sets in my future, maybe . . . probably something in the 1954-1957 Topps range. Cheers!
